Plough Shear Mixers

Unique 600 liters Plough Share mixer with 2 sets of multiple chopper blade assemblies and pneumatically operated flush - bottom flap valve used for mixing of friction-lining material. The main drive is powered by 20 H.P. motor through fluid pulley, helical gearbox. Each Chopper blade assembly is driven by 10 H.P., 2900 RPM motor. Features include jacketed container, replaceable wear resistant weld deposits of 200 BHN hardness. Wear resistant weld deposits of 600 BHN hardness are provided on the edges of the ploughs and choppers to handle abrasive material.
