Ribbon Blender

Unique 9000 liters Ribbon Blender for blending of powdered mass for Polymer application. The charging nozzle is fitted with 300 NB gear operated Butterfly Valve. Two bottom discharge openings located at equal distance from the center are fitted with 250 NB manually operated Butterfly Valves. Two window openings are provided on the front side of the container for easy cleaning. The blender drive is powered by 50 H.P. motor and is coupled with three-stage helical reduction gearbox thruogh a fluid coupling.
